ANTISTATIC ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH:

Antistatic additives have high static dissipative qualities that prevent static charges that build up on the surface of PE and PP film, sheet and injection molding products. Static can attract dust and dirt, cause clinging or sticking, and even a fire or explosion hazard if a static charge sparks in the presence of flammable liquids. Our Antistatic Additive is ideal for GPPS, HIPS, SAN, ABS…. In automotive interiors and electrical parts.

ANTIBLOCK ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH:

Our Antiblock Additive Masterbatch will decrease the adherence between layers making easier to separate layers and helping to minimize the film-to-film surface contact. It reduces the adherence, thereby minimizing blocking.

PROCESSING AID ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH:

Aid Additives designed to improve the melt processability, eliminating melt fractures and reducing operating pressure. Helps removing flow marks and die lines. Reduces gel formation giving faster color transitions.

Processing aids are applied in a wide variety of applications: Blown film, fibers, profile extrusion, pipe and cable processes. Blended with many polymers such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, MLLDPE, PP, Polystyrene, ABS and many others.

ANTIOXIDANT & UV ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH:

Protects polymers from oxidative and thermal degradation during processing and end use.

SLIP ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH:

We offer Slip Additive Masterbatch for polyethylene films, CPP and BOPP Friction Coefficient (COF) reducing surface friction. While maintaining optic properties such as brilliance, transparency, and clarity. They may also be used jointly with our Antiblock Additive.

OPTICAL BRIGHTNER ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH:

Optical Brightening Agents (OBA) used to reduce yellowing, improve whiteness and enhance the brightness and /or of the product. Optical whitener works by absorbing ultraviolet radiation fand re-emitting blue light.
